Yaakoubi started cooking at young age. With 15 siblings,
Yaakoubi was family gardner, spending most of his teenage years growing organic herbs and vegetables. It was at this tender age that he decided to study the culinary world and become a Chef.
Prior to that, Yaakoubi worked as a Chef in verious restaurants in casablanca.
Chef Smail prides him self on providing customers with great food and excelent service.
Yaakoubi came to the united states in 2001 and landed his first job in phoenix with the Ritz Carlton Hotel. in 2004 Chef Yaakoubi advanced to a Chef de Cuisine position with JW Marriott.
As a hobby, Smail enjoyes healthy cooking for freinds and family. Yaakoubi is also fluent in four languages and enjoys outdoors, traveling, gardening and learn more about the other cultures and places.
